Abstract
⺠Short-range structures of GexSe100 âx glasses are studied using 77Se NMR and Raman spectroscopy. ⺠Considerable violation of chemical order has been observed in the stoichiometric glass. ⺠A random distribution of GeâGe bonds can be inferred in the Se-deficient glasses. ⺠Structure of Se-excess glasses is intermediate between a random and a clustered network.
