Abstract
⺠Silicate glasses with different M4 + ions were analyzed by impedance spectroscopy. ⺠MO2 oxides affects the Na+ mobility and changes the activation energy. ⺠The ZrO2 increases the conductivity while the CeO2 increases the glass resistance. ⺠Anderson-Stuart model was applied to estimate the activation energies. ⺠The experimental and the estimated values of the activation energy agree well.
