Abstract
⺠Nanostructured organic-inorganic heterojunction can be synthesized using chemical route. ⺠Polyaniline works as linker and exciton charge supplier to device under illumination conditions. ⺠The organic-inorganic heterojunction shows 0.55% conversion efficiency.
