Abstract
⺠Crystallization kinetics in dependence on particle size fractions of Ge2Sb2Se5 glass was studied by DSC. ⺠All studied fractions were described in terms of the autocatalytic Å esták-Berggren model. ⺠Complexity of the Ge2Sb2Se5 glass crystallization is given by competing surface and internal crystallization mechanisms. ⺠New criterion for determination of the dominating crystallization mechanism was introduced. ⺠The study demonstrates extensiveness of information offered by DSC technique.
