Abstract
⺠Compositional limits of glass formation are reported in the Sb2O3-SrCl2-CdCl2 system. ⺠Glass formation is enhanced when ZnCl2 replaces CdCl2. ⺠Glass transition temperature increases with chloride content. ⺠Substituting Sb2O3 by CdCl2 results in the decrease of thermal expansion, Vickers microhardness, Young and bulk modulus.
