Abstract
⺠Laser processing was used to fabricate an emission cathode based on B-N-C. ⺠Crystalline and amorphous phases based on boron nitride and carbon were formed on feedstock powder. ⺠Formation of carbon-bearing nanostructures cathodes results in the rise of emission properties.
