Abstract
The peculiarity of the transition to the non-crystalline state (i.e. the dependence of the transition temperature on the control parameter as well as an anomalous increase of the life time and thermodynamic properties in the transition region) and the formation of dissipative structures were considered from the standpoint of synergetics. The dissipative structures in non-crystalline state (structured liquids, glasses, amorphous substances) are determined in the organizing mode of a specific system with a minimum of energy dissipation.
