Dependence of magnetic characteristics on sputtering-power and substrate-temperature in amorphous Tb40(FeCoV)60 films

► An M(H⊥) loop with μ0Hc<22 mT and Ms>290 kA/m is obtained at Pw ≈50 W and Ts ≈150 °C. ► Out-of-plane coercivity is limited by domain wall pinning, rather than nucleation. ► The variation of Ms is similar to that of PMA with either Pw or Ts.
