Abstract
► New rule is the future for predicting the rate trust of permeability in composite full with high-permeability magnetic metals and alloys. ► The proposed mixing rule includes the Maxwell Garnet and Bruggeman theories as particular cases. ► A fitting parameter is found from the frequency dependence of effective permittivity. ► The intrinsic permeability of inclusions in the composite is found by the proposed approach.
