Abstract
The changes in the relaxation and transition temperatures in PP due to gamma irradiation in a vacuum were measured by means of positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. It was shown that the gamma and beta relaxation temperatures, as well as the melting point follow the changes in the crystallinity with the irradiation dose. For the glass transition temperatures and premelting point, after irradiation dose of 88Â kGy, an inverse of the changes was observed.
