Abstract
⺠Surgically induced osteoarthritis was performed prior to injection of stem cells. ⺠The sheep received either BMSC, chondrogenically induced BMSC or basal media. ⺠Induced BMSC showed better retardation of osteoarthritis compared to BMSC. ⺠Induced BMSC demonstrated regeneration comparable to normal knee joint cartilage.
