Abstract
⺠We studied the effect of blueberry on the aging in fruit fly. ⺠Blueberry could prolong the mean lifespan by 10% in wild type. ⺠Blueberry could up-regulate SOD, catalase and Rpn11 in wild type. ⺠Blueberry could down-regulate the Methuselah. ⺠Blueberry could not prolong the mutant flies deficient in SOD and catalase.
