Abstract
⺠TOR pathway is a conserved nutrient sensing pathway. ⺠TOR signaling modulates aging in several model organisms including Drosophila. ⺠TOR kinase acts as a hub for a variety of inputs to affect several cellular processes. ⺠TOR pathway is important for mediating the longevity effects of dietary restriction.
