Abstract
In sum, EvB reduces amiloride-sensitive ion current fractions in electrophysiological experiments. This is not a result of a specific inhibition of δβγ-ENaC but rather represents a pharmacological artefact. EvB should therefore not be used as an inhibitor of δ-ENaC.
