Abstract
												- We applied non-viral transposons for generation of induced pluripotent stem cells.
- We compared the efficiencies of Sleeping Beauty and piggyBac transposons.
- Fibroblasts from inbred and outbred mouse lines were employed.
- Both transposon systems were found to be suitable for reprogramming.
