Abstract
- The maximium adsorption of rhBMP-2 on SWNTs-COOH was nearly 4-fold of that on the SWNTs-CH3.
- SWNTs could induce unfolding of rhBMP-2 and enhanced the bioactivities.
- After released from SWNTs, the unfolded rhBMP-2 refolded and their bioactivities were reduced.
- A model about conformational and functional changes of rhBMP-2 on SWNTs was proposed.
