Abstract
- Plexin-B1 binds to Rac and Rnd isoforms and RhoD, but not to RhoA, Cdc42, RhoG, or Rif.
- Rnd1 efficiently displaces Rac1 from its complex with Plexin-B1 but not vice versa.
- A negatively charged loop may facilitate Plexin-B1 interactions with Rho proteins.
