Abstract
- GRP78/Bip as trigger of UPR signaling was expressed in normal mouse testis.
- One cycle testicular hyperthermia induced UPR signaling activation in spermatocyte.
- Repetitive cycles hyperthermia induced ER-stress mediated spermatocyte apoptosis.
- Our results suggest a link between UPR signaling pathway and testicular hyperthermia.
