Abstract
⺠We identified two new human GIP partner proteins: DTX1 and STAU1. ⺠DTX1 and STAU1 contain novel hGIP recognition motif. ⺠DTX1 and STAU1 interact with hGIP in human mammalian cells. ⺠All the three proteins are involved in human neuronal function. ⺠These interactions may represent potential new drug targets in humans.
