Abstract
⺠Amorphastilbol stimulates the transcriptional activities of both PPARα and PPARγ. ⺠Amorphastilbol improves glucose and lipid impairment in db/db mice. ⺠There are no side effects, such as hepatomegaly, in amorphastilbol-treated mice. ⺠Amorphastilbol can be used as a potential therapeutic agent against T2DM.
