Abstract
⺠Inhibition of S6K1 sensitizes glucose deprivation induced cell death. ⺠The sensitization is through the downregulation of Mcl-1 and survivin. ⺠Inhibition of S6K1 may be a strategy for sensitizing cells to glucose deprivation.
