Abstract
⺠So far, only an enzymatically inactive isoform of PAPD7 was reported. ⺠The novel isoform: PAPD7 l shows robust nucleotidyl transferase activity. ⺠The newly identified amino terminal region is required for the activity. ⺠PAPD7 l localizes to the nucleoplasm. ⺠The N terminal region identified is also required for the nuclear localization.
