Abstract
► Convergent in vitro evolution of motif to methionyl-tRNA synthetase from RNA library using SELEX. ► The octamer motif in the selected aptamers would form a loop similar to the anticodon loop of tRNAMet. ► The species-specific ARS inhibitors could be obtained by in vitro evolution.
