Abstract
⺠Srx1 reactivates YPrx1 peroxidase activity inactivated by H2O2. ⺠Srx1 inactivates the YPrx1 chaperone activity increased by H2O2. ⺠Srx1 dissociates the H2O2-mediated high-molecular-weight YPrx1 complex. ⺠Srx1 interacts directly with YPrx1 in yeast cells.
