Abstract
⺠FSP27 interacts with PLIN1, and aa 120-220 of FSP27 play a role in this interaction. ⺠FSP27 and PLIN1 co-localize at the lipid droplet surface in human adipocytes. ⺠FSP27 and PLIN1 interaction regulates lipid droplet morphology. ⺠This study reveals important players in lipid droplet dynamics in adipocytes.
