Abstract
⺠Ox-LDL triggered ER stress in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. ⺠Ox-LDL increased inflammatory adipokines through activation of ER stress. ⺠Simvastatin suppressed the ox-LDL-induced ER stress in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. ⺠Simvastatin reduced inflammatory adipokines through amelioration of ER stress.
