Abstract

âº Hypoxic incubation impaired mitochondria function in 3T3-L1 cells. âº Overexpression of ATF3 attenuated mitochondria function in 3T3-L1 cells. âº ATF3 knockdown partly prevented hypoxia-mediated decrease in mitochondria function.
