Abstract
⺠α-Iso-cubebenol stimulated cellular calcium increase in human neutrophils. ⺠α-Iso-cubebenol enhanced degranulation activity in neutrophils. ⺠α-Iso-cubebenol stimulated neutrophil chemotactic migration via CXCR2. ⺠α-Iso-cubebenol showed anti-septic activity via CXCR2. ⺠The finding suggests α-iso-cubebenol and CXCR2 as therapeutic approach to treat sepsis.
