Abstract
⺠Nobiletin-mediated alterations of gene expression were examined with DNA microarrays. ⺠Three organ-derived cell lines were treated with 100 μM nobiletin for 24 h. ⺠In all cell lines, 3 endoplasmic reticulum stress-responsive genes were up-regulated. ⺠Some cell cycle-regulating and oxidative stress-promoting genes were down-regulated. ⺠These alterations may contribute to nobiletin-mediated biological effects.
