Abstract
⺠miR-330 was inversely correlated with Cdc42 in colorectal cancer cells. ⺠Elevated miR-330 suppressed cell proliferation in vivo and in vitro. ⺠Elevated miR-330 mimicked the effect of Cdc42 knockdown. ⺠Restoration of Cdc42 could partially attenuate the effects of miR-330.
