Abstract
⺠Cardiac progenitor-derived (CPC) Exosomes protect H9C2 from apoptosis in vitro. ⺠CPC-exosomes protect cardiomyoyctes from MI/R induced apoptosis in vivo. ⺠CPC-exosomes were taken up by H9C2 with high efficiency using PKH26 labeling. ⺠miR-451, one of GATA4-responsive miRNA cluster, is enriched in CPC-exosomes.
