Abstract
⺠Sulfuretin enhances the expression of miR-30C, leading cells to apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. ⺠miR-30C selectively downregulates cyclin D1 and D2 but not D3. ⺠miR-30C mediates the tumor suppressive effects of sulfuretin in PC-3. ⺠Target validation analysis revealed Cyclin D1 and D2 as targets of miR-30C. ⺠New insights on sulfuretin as a potential anticancer drug.
