Abstract
⺠D. gigas genome contains two NorR-like transcription factors, NorR1L and NorR2L. ⺠D. gigas NorRL1 gene complements the ÎE. coli norR mutant strain. ⺠NorR1L factor is regulating ROO expression under nitrosative stress. ⺠This factor is shown for the first time in the δ-proteobacterium, D. gigas.
