Abstract
⺠A natural-derived compound, sanguinarine, suppresses osteoclastic bone resorption. ⺠Sanguinarine inhibits the RANKL-induced osteoclast formation. ⺠Sanguinarine impairs the NF-κB and ERK pathways during osteoclastogenesis. ⺠Sanguinarine have therapeutic value in treating osteoclast-related oral diseases.
