Abstract
► Early G1 genes whose transcription is reactivated at the early G1 phase are important. ► We identified the early G1 genes by a genome-wide analysis of nascent mRNA. ► We predicted candidate transcription factors by motif analysis of upstream sequences. ► Neighboring genes of the early G1 genes were frequently up-regulated in the G1 phase.
