Abstract
⺠DnaJC7 is associated with DNA-binding domain of p53. ⺠DnaJC7 enhances transcriptional and growth-suppressive activities of p53. ⺠DnaJC7 stabilizes p53 by inhibiting complex formation between p53 and MDM2.
