Abstract
⺠BolABI5 gene was dramatically induced by drought stress and exogenous ABA. ⺠BolABI5 rescued the ABA-insensitive phenotype of Arabidopsis abi5-1. ⺠BolABI5 localized in the nucleus and possessed trans-activation activity. ⺠BolABI5ÎbZIP-GFP was observed throughout the cell. ⺠BolABI5ÎbZIP had low level of trans-activation activity.
