Abstract
⺠We construct and purify a fusion protein VEGF-SEA. ⺠VEGF-SEA strongly repressed the growth of murine solid sarcoma 180 (S180) tumors. ⺠T cells driven by VEGF-SEA were accumulated around tumor cells bearing VEGFR by mice image model. ⺠VEGF-SEA can serve as a tumor targeting agent and sequester CTLs into the tumor site. ⺠The induced CTLs could release the cytokines, perforins and granzyme B to kill the tumor cells.
