Abstract
⺠Phosphorylation mutants of RPA32 both nucleate at replication forks arrested with aphidicolin. ⺠RPA32 phosphomimetic mutant DOES NOT stimulate activation of the replication checkpoint. ⺠RPA32 kDa phosphorylation mutants do not interfere with DNA synthesis.
