Abstract
⺠First time to show the reduced KLF2 level in AD transgenic mice. ⺠First time to show Aβ1-42 disrupts the expression of KLF2. ⺠Overexpression of KLF2 rescued impaired expression of Occludin induced by Aβ. ⺠p53 mediated impaired expression and function of KLF2 induced by Aβ. ⺠Suggesting the role of KLF2 in impaired brain blood barrier in AD.
