Abstract
⺠Centrobin is involved in cell spreading, migration and microtubule stabilization. ⺠NEK2 phosphorylation antagonizes the microtubule stabilizing activity of centrobin. ⺠NEK2 and PLK1 independently phosphorylate centrobin for opposite outcomes.
