Abstract
⺠We identify the PHP domain as a novel target of antibiotics. ⺠DNA polymerase PolC has activity against pNP-TMP. ⺠FQE inhibits CpsB & PolCPHP activity. ⺠The targeting of PolCPHP may be responsible for FQE growth inhibitory effects.
