Abstract
⺠Fifteen HCV-derived peptides were coupled on the surface of liposomes. ⺠Liposomal peptides show unique immunogenicity in HLA-A*0201 transgenic mice. ⺠Three liposomal peptides induce strong anti-viral effector and memory responses. ⺠Anti-viral activity may me mediated by non-cytolytic mechanisms.
