Abstract
⺠CHFR is SUMO-modified at lysine 663. ⺠CHFR SUMOylation does not affect its subcellular localization. ⺠SUMOylation negatively controls the stability of CHFR. ⺠SUMO-modification of CHFR is reversed by SENP2.
