Abstract
⺠atRA decreases eNOS-Ser1179 phosphorylation and NO production in BAEC. ⺠atRA increases total cellular PP2A activity. ⺠atRA increases the levels of PP2A B56α protein and mRNA, but not those of PP2A Cα. ⺠PP2A B56α mediates atRA-induced decreases in eNOS-Ser1179 phosphorylation and NO production in BAEC.
