Abstract
⺠We investigated the role of c-Myc in tumor angiogenesis. ⺠c-Myc regulated HIF-1α at the post-transcriptional level. ⺠We firstly found c-Myc-dependent regulation of HIF-1α. ⺠c-Myc enhanced angiogenesis through the HIF-1α/VEGF pathway.
