Abstract
⺠Zerumbone insolubilized cellular proteins in vitro. ⺠Zerumbone induced ubiquitination and aggregation of cellular proteins. ⺠Zerumbone activated the ubiquitin-proteasome system and autophagy. ⺠Zerumbone conferred resistance to toxicity of 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal via p62 induction.
