Abstract
⺠Increased expression of NFATc3 and STIM1 is required for C2C12 myoblast differentiation. ⺠NFATc3 regulates STIM1 expression, SOCE activity, and myotube formation. ⺠STIM1 regulates NFATc3 expression and its activity, and myotube formation. ⺠Positive feedback control between STIM1 and NFATc3 is required for myoblast differentiation.
