Abstract
⺠Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) secrete a variety of cytokines. ⺠Cytokines were detected in conditioned medium from cultured MSCs (MSC-CM). ⺠MSC-CM enhanced activation of dog MSCs and periodontal ligament cells. ⺠MSC-CM significantly promoted alveolar bone and cementum regeneration. ⺠Multiple cytokines contained in MSC-CM promote periodontal regeneration.
