Abstract
⺠Previously, we identified TGM6 as the causative gene of SCA35. ⺠Mutations in TG6 affect its transglutaminase activity. ⺠Mutations in TG6 result in destabilization of TG6 protein. ⺠Overexpression of TG6 mutants (D327G/L517W) sensitize cells to apoptosis.
